Are you a recruitment agency?

Kinda, but we differ from recruitment agencies in a couple of ways:

- we build talent pools that you own rather than share candidates with other companies
- we give you full visibility into everything we do (shortlists, screenings, video interviews, offer calls..)
- with our subscription and job package plans, you can hire as many candidates as you like with no additional costs
- we guarantee hires and will work with you until we fill your roles

Are you an embedded recruitment business?

No. Embedded recruitment works best when your company is hiring for volume, as that can justify the cost of having someone on-site with you and the long contracts they lock you in to. Instead, we focus on the recruitment element and partner with Founders, Heads of People and talent acquisition professionals to support on sourcing, screening and giving candidates a great customer experience.

Shouldn't we just hire an internal recruiter?

You can and many companies do. But the cost of hiring one recruiter (salary, tools, training..) will far outweigh our costs. Plus, they won't have the same bandwidth, and it's a cost you'll have to bear if your hiring slows. With us, you can flex as you go through your hiring phases. Once you're then consistently hiring you can start to build an internal team.

Do you work with talent acquisition teams?

Yes! We love working with TA teams. Some teams are exceptionally busy with demanding hiring managers, so we can help relieve some of that pressure.

Do you tie us into long contracts?

What are your job packages about?

Sometimes you don't have 5-10 roles to hire for immediately, but you'll know over the course of a year, you'll hire that many roles. And our job packages cater for that scenario.

Can you tell me more about how you headhunt people?

Of course! 😁 We'll work with you to identify a handful of competitors and then we'll expand that list to 100-150 companies. After creating a strong employee value proposition for the role, we'll map all the suitable candidates and start to contact them through email, phone, and social. If you're concerned about your competitors knowing you're actively trying to hire their employees, we can keep everything anonymous until we have meaningful conversations with them. This tactic consistently produces the best candidates.
